Hello from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! Our first meal here was at Sen Vegan Restaurant. We Vietnamese rice paper /veggie/tofu rolls with peanut dipping sauce In addition to this we also ate a plate of white rice with tofu I'm hot pepper sauce. The waiters know English so it's pretty easy to communicate. Seating on the floor which may be a challenge for some people but we loved it.
