Food Connexion Buffet

Found about pullman’s seafood buffet by chance by hsbc 40% discount promo. as we have a seafood buffet in another hotel, we were very interested to see pullmans approach. we were definitiw not disappointed by our choice. delicious seafood in the did, perfect carving station, and good wine to couple during dinner. they asked to put more garlic on our lobster, and they did kindly. after the closing time at 22;00 they were also so friendly that we finish our drinks and speak for an additional half hour. the staff really agreed to us and the other guests.

Everything is good. But seafood is not very fresh!

Now we are talking... mixed, international cuisine and buffet... this is turkish people style... we love this... many kind food and all of them is delicious... pay one time and eat all... they are in my top 10 restaurant... the most importing thing is they are very clean... thank you...

Located near the hear of the city, this buffet located on the third floor of Pullman hotel. We went there for lunch and the food selection is a bit lacking for the price range. Tho staff service is exceptional and the seafoods are very fresh.

The selection wasn't wide enough for the range. I would expect higher ingredient quality. the roast beef is good, but some of the food under the heating lamp is not as warm as it should be, which lowers the quality. then, I think the seafood ordering concept is nice, however, I don't feel the seafood is that fresh because I did not really taste the sweet and oceanic flavor from the seafood served . but overall, I think it is worth a try but maybe not what I would recommend for my friends.
