El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse Hai Ba Trung

I have dined in high-end restaurants during international excursions, but I have never dined in a rated high-end restaurant, but was treated like a fast food place. I had reservations for 2 (i was 15 minutes early), but sat at a high table with uncomfortable chairs. I was told because I didn't say on the reservation that I had to sit on a low table, so they didn't have it for us. The waiter told us we will be moved to a lower table as soon as it is available, but the next available table was given to a party of 3 instead of us (there were empty tables between us). The noise in this high-end place is unbearable, we yelled at the whole dinner. When the food came out, our lungs were exhausted from screaming. If you are looking for a quiet restaurant with an honest host/student, this is not the place.

The food was excellent! The restaurant was packed and the noise level was nearly unbearable. The tables were a bit too small.

I always turn to El Gaucho when I'm in Ho Chi Minh for a delicious steak. They never fail to impress.

This restaurant offers a wide selection of steaks from the US and Australia, served by attentive and professional staff. It is my favorite dining spot in Ho Chi Minh City!
