Delicious food and great hospitality. It is the second time we visited the restaurant. We ordered the Christmas 6 course set menu. The chef treated the food in such a creative way that even non-Norwegian can have a full appreciation of traditional Norwegian “Julemat”. The location has a great view both in summer and winter. I ate dinner at Smaken av Ryfylke! The restaurant was very nice! Beautiful views over the fjord! The food was excellent, so delicious! We ordered fish of the day and pork ribs- the part without bones. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Just remember to book a table in advance. Also if you are not from the area around, you can nicely combine a day trip or a hike in this beautiful area and have dinner afterwards! We will sure come back!
