Contribuiți la feedbackUPDATE: Four week later and I am still waiting for them to call me back... Interesting how they will say anything to get you to leave their store when they owe you money. On April 17th I was charged twice for my order due to an app issue and they still prompted me to enter the store and order in person, continuously reassuring me that the charges on my card for the previous two orders would not go through. So after two failed orders and one order in person, I was repeatedly assured that my $24.02 would be returned to me. It was not. About 2 weeks later I returned to the store and who I presume was a manager was condescending to me acting like I did not know how to check my own bank statement, repeatedly telling me that the pending charges would drop. I had told her several times at the charges were not pending and to have posted to my account but she continued to tell me that my pending charges would drop. Eventually, she implied I should file a dispute with the bank if I wanted the money back. She also told me that she would look into it and that she would follow up with me after taking my name number and email address. She stated that she did not have the ability to grant refunds, however the email correspondence I received stated that the stores are required to issue refunds, not the online service. I have not heard back from this store since. This company took $24.02 from me and will not give it back.
Every time I go and ask for their Zaxby?s sauce, they say it?s in the bag or it?s extra. It?s always ranch. I asked for the sauce today, and even after paying extra for it?no sauce. Overpaid for someone?s Cobb salad (that was not what I ordered). There was obviously training happening, but instead of checking to make sure all was good.. the management made a scene towards the crew. Very unprofessional.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Got a big zax snax and didn?t get any toast and a small drink, supposed to be a large. I don?t think I should specify the drink size and if I want toast since you should know what the menu says!!
Went here tonight, spoke with the manager when I got home after coming to the drive-thru notified her that she one of her employees dropped a little extra snack in my meal as I spoke with her about the nail she told us to come back to the store and she would remake our meal she was good on her word but it was her nails as a manager that made it into my food because nobody else on staff is wearing them tonight as a manager you should know not to be wearing two and a half inch long nails at work corporate needs to be involved
Been awhile since we'd visited this Zaxby's. Had the house salad. Apparently Mediterranean dressing is no more? Lite vinaigrette is a poor substitute. The garlic Texas toast had slimmed down to a regular slice of bread, disappointing! Rest of the salad was good, but the cucumbers would have been better peeled. I'll need to check my local Zaxby's and see if these things are chain-wide
