I rarely give a negative rating, in which I usually give places several chances and they change my mind for better. is not the case with the restaurant copper kettle. we begin with the fact that they are not able to update their website correctly if they. try to see if they have a menu or if opened, it still shows the food truck options during the pandemic and will appear otherwise closed. later, when they pass by miracles, they can see is open, but unfortunately, their service staff seems to be disgusted, yes, I said disgusted to let a costumer arrive. their faces, manierisms, ton of voting, it seems to try to despise any costumer of even foods there. honestly, their waitress, the three times I could eat there (I don't count the many paints they even denied me service for lunch in was rude, the most unfriendly and honest to be they should look for a job in any industry that has no contact with the costumers. eating is in order, but not suffering to stand the abuse of the waiter.

Food at the wedding was not served as discussed, no effort was made in preparing the plates and the children did not get schnitzel fries as agreed, but schnitzel fried potatoes with their skins. It is absolutely not possible that something else is served than what was agreed!!!

We booked Kupferkessel's catering for our garden party and all the guests were absolutely delighted with the friendliness of the two employees, the cooking over the fire and the food. The children were fully involved in preparing the food and the chef remained completely calm. The food was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. The service staff kept track of things throughout the afternoon and evening. We couldn't have enjoyed the festival as much without them. The organization in advance was also great and uncomplicated. Many thanks to all 100% recommendation!

The food is absolutely delicious! It also has very nice service. Have also ordered catering and it was perfect! Always like to go to such a restaurant. Too bad it closes in Hitzkirch.
