Very sweet and warm service, the food is fast at the table and a small snack is also always uncomfortable from the menu rather rustic (vegan with us for example: soysteak with oven potatoes and carrots), but delicious. Ambience is something else to keep.
Had a delicious vegan lunch polnta with black beans and rice and a blueberry sauce with milk) during a break from our bike tour here in hitzacker. the owner is very friendly and friendly. the prices are reasonable and the meal sizes are good. the meals are served very quickly.
There are two vegan dishes; Dincle noodles with green core bolognese and Seitan-Ragout with potatoes and pumpkin. In addition, all ingredients are regional and organic and there are bio-zisch and Voelkl lemonades. The food was very delicious. Something unsexy I found the many flyers for “species-friendly organic meat”, which is probably also regionally prepared. The owner said there was a quite great demand for vegan dishes, but a completely vegan card is unthinkable in the small town. The small kitchen is funny in a different building than the cozy little guest room, which apparently only came later.
The tellers are large and the meal is the German basic kitchen.
