We have booked through open tables and received confirmation, but we agreed that they did not serve food, so we went to home disappointed and had to find something in the freezer to heat quickly. türkei curry from the Christmas man left over it was delicious but a bit hot for me!

Good value delicious food with friendly service. would definitely go back.

Slightly disappointing menu, as no more 3 course lunchtime menu. meatcake was completely tasteless and one of our 3 meal times was delivered late. in justity they apologised for both asking, but qualified it by saying that everyone loves their meatcakes such a scandal as this place could be an absolute goldmine and busy at lunchtime when they sorted a reasonable price menu to appeal to the retired market.

Fantastic eating. beautiful country pub with friendly staff.

A very friendly pub with a great Landlady. Beer was kept well and the food, homemade and delicious. I had a steak and ale pie which contain a great portion of good tasting beef.
