Papa John's - Hitchin

The restaurant offers delicious vegan pizza options and sides. We prefer to customize our orders to include more vegetables and less fake meats. We enjoyed the cauliflower wings. We also tried the vegan works pizza and marmite vegan cheese scrolls, both of which were excellent. Updated review from November 14, 2021.

I really enjoy Papa John's as my go-to pizza choice. Their vegan menu is fantastic and constantly expanding. My top pick is the Vegan Works pizza with the Amarillo chilli base. The marmite and Sheese scrolls are also a favorite of mine. Additionally, they frequently have great deals and discounts available.

I have had mixed experiences with the pizzas in the past, sometimes they were dry and not very hot. However, the pizzas I have ordered during lockdown and more recently have been fantastic. They always arrive hot and quickly, and the delivery driver is very friendly. It's nice to have a wide selection of options from a popular chain takeaway. I would recommend taking advantage of vouchers and completing surveys for free side dish offers.

I was very impressed with the Papa Johns in Hitchin as I always receive delicious pizza and great service. However, I was disappointed that they refused to give us a refund for 6 unsealed items.
