Cafe Dubois - Hirosaki

Must come if you like burgers and are in Hirosaki. A little expensive, but the burger offers premium experience.

A small cozy little burger place on the 2nd floor. A short walk from the castle when you are sightseeing. In addition to burgers there are also pasta with supplements. A great local store to stop in Hirosaki.

Friendly staff and amazing burgers. One of the best burgers I had all over the world. You also have an English menu for those of us who fight to learn Japanese. Make yourself a favor and stop for lunch.

My friend and I went to Hirosaki Park two days ago and make a brief stop at this restaurant to eat a burger. And what a surprise ! It was soooooo good ! We enjoyed a lot ! The waters were professional and did their best. We will return to this place ! Thank you Restaurant Dubois for this great burger experience !!!!

Best burgers I had in Japan, hands down. Bubois is actually from a common French Canadian last name. The restaurant is actually resemble a traditional log cabin from where I'm from, Quebec. Get there early because it's a very popular restaurant.
