They need more employees, but my sandwich was good despite the slow service

I was there yesterday. the lady was very nice and friendly. the young lady who made my 3 meals was fantastic. she was knowledgeable, friendly and very fast. She didn't even skip a beat when I told her I had made a mistake. two of the three meal times should be salate. I never give tips in subway. but she has 20% drinking money. I'm often back. many thanks for providing qualitatiw high quality food. and qualitatiw high-quality employees.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The manager, Ben, refused to offer a fair replacement or refund. I ordered sandwiches through the app to pick up at 3 PM on December 24th, but when I arrived, the order was not ready and I had to wait for it to be made. Once I got home and opened the order, I realized it was wrong. I tried calling the restaurant five times with no answer, but they were closed the next day due to the holiday. On the 26th, the manager still couldn't find my order and said he would call back later if they weren't busy. When he finally called at 7 PM, he offered a refund or remake but went back and forth for 15 minutes on the phone. He told me I could pick it up either tonight or tomorrow, but when I chose tomorrow, he said he might not be working and it would be more convenient for him if I came that night. I explained that it was inconvenient for me because I was not nearby, but said I would try to come. When I called back to say I couldn't make it that night but could come the next day, he refused and said it was either that night or nothing. He claimed he had already made the order and was waiting for me. I questioned why he made it without me there and expressed concern that it wouldn't be fresh. He replied that it was not his problem and insisted it was made for me to pick up. When I requested a refund, he flat out refused and said it was either a remake that night or nothing. He showed no concern for customer satisfaction, even after I asked if he was the manager and inquired about their customer service policies. He told me to complain and said he didn't care before hanging up.

The sandwich was delicious and I recommend it if you want a filling meal that will keep you satisfied for the rest of the day.

The owner of this restaurant is rude and unfriendly. He never seems to be helpful and is very slow in his service. I will not be returning to this establishment.
