Marco's Pizza - Hiram

Commercial on tv stated medium 1 topping 6.99. Went into location in Hiram GA was not told they didn't honor that promotion. So ask for my money back. When I was in the store I asked for manager. She came out and had to have additional employees hanging around both sides of her. One kid was rolling his eyes and had a smirk on his face. I have never been treated with so much disrespect as I was tonight. I will never order from this location again and will post on Facebook as well. They did not handle the situation professionally and would not provide a way to get in touch with store owner. These kids have a lot of growing up to do and more customer service skills. Most managers would of excepted the special to keep the customer happy.

I ordered 2 pizza online 1 all meat 1 only cheese and they messed up my order then telling me I have to pay again to get my cheese pizza, they mistake and why I have to pay for it I will never order from her again it's my next door neighbor tell me about you guys then look what happened . I will never never never order again from you guys

TERRIBLE customer service!!!! I would give zero stars if I could!!!! I ordered a pizza and it should arrive in 44 minutes, so once I had 1 hour I decided to find out where the pizza is. At first I was 10 minutes waiting and once they answered, I was told that someone went with the pizza that was a LIE. Another hour had passed, and when I called, I was again 10 minutes waiting, and someone answered the phone and stayed hanging in my face, and that happened twice after 10 minutes waiting!! I decided to track my order because I forgot that you could do that, and I saw that the order was canceled so that they canceled the order. This is really messed up!!! They accused my card, lied to me and said the delivery person went now and was on the way, someone stuck in my face when I tried to inquire about where?s the pizza, and they canceled my order and I did not receive an email that notified me that it was canceled or nothing!!! I would never order from here again!!!

The staff was nice and my Veggie Sub was very good! The bread was super soft and the vegetables were beautiful and fresh. This was my first time in this place, so I definitely come back here.

We like Marco's pizza. The ingredients are fresh, hot and delicious. We are new to the ATL, so we pay for delivery, you can track the order with free delivery. We don't care about the delivery fee and tip for HOT Pizza.
