Today was my first visit to this location as I was passing through town. I must admit when I came in I have a very how do you say? BRIGHT and OUTSPOKEN personality! Lol I came in contact with a Ms. Montana that works here and even though she’s a little reserved it seem she dealt with me in a very professional and courteous way! I even made her laugh a few times! She doesn’t realize that just being kind to me and answering my questions with no irritability in her tone? Really made my day! YOU ROCK MONTANA!! Now go and rule the world! Lol

I came in on a Saturday night, 1 hr before closing to a nearly empty store. As I gave my order to Hailey, a huge crowd walked in. She was so sweet and helpful. Even as this huge group walked in behind me an hour before closing after a busy day she greeted them with a smile and a hello and a cheerful attitude. That's hard to do at the end of a busy day specialty when you are already halfway to having the place clean. She was just remarkable.

Haven’t been here on the weekend so I hope it’s no worst, but every time I have went it’s been short staffed. Ice-cream and service is good, but they could use some help with moving the line.

Rude employees, not handicap friendly on the blimpie side or the cold stone side of the business. . A lot of high schoolers that cannot follow simple instructions on add-in for ice cream.. They seem competent as long as you stay on the normal menu board...
