Starbucks - Hinton

The workers at this dieucks were amazing incredibily! they showed my sister and I have an excellent customer service. it was our birthday when we went, and they were so friendly and made us every custom birthday drink with their expertise. thanks for making our birthday extra sweet!

Everytime my wife and I have tried this location driving through to Jasper we've been disappointed. From bathrooms being an absolute disaster with overflowing garbage, dirty sinks and mirrors, to just today, having the 5 people who stood behind us get their order before we got ours. Our last drink made was served lukewarm. There was literally no acknowledgement to us either. I'm taking my lukewarm drink with me to Jasper and going to heat it up when I get there so I can actually enjoy it.

One issue with this location is that (at least currently) they are not open to walk in traffic or order ahead online. They only offer drive thru. Their drive thru is really small and tight corners so our pick up truck rubbed the curbs trying to get out. On the plus side... There was a young man on drive thru today that spoke clear, loud, and very friendly to us so we could hear through his mask and whomever made my drink it was the best one I have ever had! Made exactly to what I requested in my order. The lemon loaf and Cinnamon coffee cake were delicious too. Thanks young man. Made our 9 hour drive so pleasant!

Went inside to order coffee. 5 staff dealing with the 1 car in the drive thru, totally ignoring the 4 customers inside the store! I was told to please wait a minute 3 times, finally gave up and left. No mobile ordering available. If you’re going to ignore the humans right in front of you, at least lock the doors and stop wasting our time!

AVOID! We came in for two of the easiest drinks to make and they were serving a ton of people that were behind us in line. To make things worse an employee came in and she was served before everyone that was in line. Once we got our drinks they were so poorly made, and had to flag someone down to get our food. Wouldn’t be writing this if they were even the slightest bit apologetic. I would suggest going to even the Starbucks in Safeway lol.
