The staff here is incredibly friendly. The woman at the counter was welcoming and made me feel right at home. My drink was absolutely perfect.

I ordered a cold brew coffee, but the barista just poured hot coffee over ice. By the time I took a sip, everything had melted, and it was terrible.

I ordered a nitro cold brew, but the staff attempted to serve me a regular cold brew, insisting that they were the same. I asked for a refund but was coerced into accepting the drink I didn't want. Unfortunately, the drink was stale as well.

I wanted to rate it a five because the gentleman who took my order he was taking other people's orders and the lady that made my order it did not even finish it she just gave me the coffee and that was it he came and he need my avocado toast but it'ssupposed to be avocado toast it's supposed to be toasted not warm supposed to be a little crispy so unfortunately I cannot writethem a five even though he came and he stepped up for his teammate who failed to do her job correctly he even failed because hedidn't even toast the avocado toast bread correctly

Terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughters 7th birthday party. When I arrived to pick it up they didn?t have it. It was never made a mistake due to their staffing issues. In thestore I was given a premade cake from the freezer just to have something to serve. It was nothing near the custom cake Iordered. They initially told us another cake could be made in 45 min (as the party was that day) but the owner called and saidthis was not the case. As she?s calling me to tell me about the staffing issues that led to my cake not being made I told herI?m actually at my daughters party and cannot engage her. I told her I would just like a refund. She refused saying that wewere given a premade cake so we cannot get our money back. Terrible owner you should be ashamed of yourself. You didabsolutely nothing to right the wrong. This was a child?s birthday party that you impacted. Terrible customer service. To givea refund and a free freezer cake to make up for the mistakes made by your staff is not much to ask. I will never go to thislocation again.
