I had waited for 45 minutes to get a call job while my daughter was sitting in the stroller. others came and were served throughout the waiting period and the staff refused to give us our money back. shameful. please don't waste their time here. cannot say enough bad things about these people.
This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to....ordered a simple meal on the kiosk on my way out of Walmart...I was the only customer. Waited 20 min for my order, while 3 more customer came, ordered on the kiosk and got their food shortly after... the 3 employees kept looking at me the whole time and laughing. After the 3 customer were done, she finally brought my order. French fries were cold and scattered all over the bag because she put them in upside down. This was definitely done on purpose. Sorry I had the wrong skin color, and it isn't black. I could literally feel it. Sad that this typ of thinking still exists on both sides.
They literally NEVER have ice saying that the machine is broken but yet they have ice to make iced coffees. It is absolutely ridiculous.
Corporate, when are y'all gonna get the frappe machine fixed. Or at least place a sign up saying y'all equipment failed before people wait in a long line just to find out y'all equipment is broken
Slow, slow, slow, fast from almost food. the employees look as if they don't really care and thank you, they don't come back sincerely.
