Domino's Pizza Hinckley

I ordered a make your own pizza, pepperoni and ham, after placing the order I called to ask if they could do half half, to which the lady on the phone said no. How difficult could it be to split the stupid pizza in half pepperoni and other half in ham? Too difficult? Needs too much calculations? How retarded a service needs to be not be able to do a simple ask. Ordering from elsewhere next time. By the way, I splitted the pizza when arrived, wasn't easy but I managed.

The food at this restaurant was excellent - it was hot and there was plenty of it. The staff were friendly and the environment was very clean.

I ordered two pizzas, one of which was a decadent pizza with no sauce in the middle. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, and they said they would send out a new one but needed the old one back. That was no problem! Here is what we received in the end.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE! Ordered pizza and other sides, pizza was burnt and hardly any cheese and toppings! Called them to say we wasn’t happy at all as we have plenty of pizzas this one wasn’t up to standard! And be told we have a free one on my contact number for next time. It’s been a week.. call up to order again and get our free pizza for the manager different manager onsite today for all staff involved to have forgotten…. And he can’t do anything… asked for his name and he told me he can’t give his details, I asked for his mangers name and he said he can’t give his name either? What’s going on with the branch can someone from head office deal with this please. Will never be ordering again from you so you have just lost great customers! MANAGER NEEDS SACKING FOR HIS ATTITUDE! Wants all my details but doesn’t want to give me his name so I can take this further with a name as I didn’t get one last time….head office please contact me!

It’s so annoying inconvenience that Domino’s don’t take cash.. I like to use cash I like to decide how I pay so until this policy changes I will use ponchinellos .
