Chefs Takeaway - Hinckley and Bosworth

I called to place an order over the phone and was informed that they do not deliver to hotels because it is outside of the Hinckley area. I tried to order online through Just Eat, but my order was cancelled. I will not be using this restaurant again.

We are frequent customers of this takeout restaurant and have never had any complaints about the food. The dishes are delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating, delivering late-night meals. Thank you, guys!

I walked into Shef's and immediately felt disappointed. I had never encountered such a miserable person before! The customer service was extremely poor from the start. I ordered a couple of kebabs and was served pitas cut straight across with cold and flavorless fillings haphazardly thrown on top. I tried to eat it but ultimately couldn't finish. Surprisingly, even my cat refused to eat the meat when I offered it to her, and she usually eats anything! I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant and going to McDonald's instead.

Ordered via Just Eat for family of adults. Delivery was quicker than predicted and reasonable amount of time. Polite delivery staff. Food was a mixture of burgers, kebabs Mexican food with various sides drinks. The food was hot, fresh well presented. The flame grilled chicken in the kebab was moist tender with a fresh mixed portion of salad and the homemade chilli sauce is really tasty. The chicken enchiladas were a huge hit too my family have ordered these many times before. Always good quality food, good portion sizes, fair pricing good delivery times. Small delivery and debit card handling charges. Will order again soon.

Told food would arrive around an hour after ordering. Arrived 15mins later. Obviously not cooked fresh. Chips were like eating cardboard. Then get charged a 50p service charge on top of a £2 delivery. Awful salad served in a plastic bag. Never again
