Midici Italian Kitchen Hilton Head

Not exactly what I expected. Outside the food was very nice with social distancing in place. Our waiter was great and attentive. The food was mediocre. Ordered a flat pizza and the cheese was super hard on the top and not properly melted. Also ordered a meeting and cheese plate, which is beautifully presented but very expensive for the amount on the plate. My salad was plentiful, but when they were asked if they gave a protein in addition to the salad, they acted as if it was not heard! They offered to put grilled chicken on top, but it was over boiled and very dry. Friends ordered their calzone that looked much better than the pizza.

We stopped for dinner while on holiday for a change in the pace (of seafood). Pizza was delicious and the homemade cannolis were the best I had for a long time. Very recommended.

A party of three had different pasta dishes. Pasta well cooked, sauce with well balanced taste, very good meatballs. In any case, our meals enjoyed. It was very quiet inside and more people should try this facility. Good trip.

Great pizzas and salad. Average service though. But I’d recommend this Restsurant if you’re looking for genuine wood-fired Italian pizza!

Arrived early for our 8pm outdoor reservation, after they cleaned our table we were seated. Everyone on the staff showed great care regarding masks, social distancing and general sanitization. We ordered a house salad(arugula) and Neapolitian Margherita pizza with a pesto drizzle, chicken and kalamata olives, it was very good. To finish off the tiramisu was excellent! Highly recommend, perfectly balanced with a fluffy cream and light lady fingers. Great spot for a delicious artisan pizza meal.
