Fancy Sushi And Grill - Hilton Head

Service was slow but the wait was well worth it. While not on the menu I tried the special, the Fancy Q roll and it was one of the best sushi rolls I have ever tasted! The roll was quite large and very filling. It was filed with spicy tuna, tempura shrimp, tempura sweet potato, and cucumber than topped with avocado and mango and eel sauce. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious and the sauce was so good that I licked my plate : Owners just changed so I am not sure if anything will change but as of last week it was well worth a trip!
