And instead of ok she goes on and on about the cheese dip as if I don't know ? what she's talking about. I said you know to dip the chips in. I'm single she brings a large bowl. I say I'm a single person is that the regular size or is there a small. She she than brings me a small. I get my check $10 for quso. I say was that a small did you update the price she than continues to say same price for regular ?.
My family and I dined here while visiting from Tennessee. The menu at the restaurant was different than what we saw online. My wife wanted fish tacos, but they didn't have them. The service was fast and courteous. Almost too quick. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. They had a live musician that was setting up as we ordered. They brought out our food out and we were done eating during the first song. I wouldn't have minded staying to listen for a bit. Most of the food was bland. The salsa had a good taste, but was really runny. Overall, it was decent, but nothing about it really compels us to go back.
A lot of back and forth with the server. Nice and friendly but we constantly had to get things corrected. Restaurant really wasn’t that full and they didn’t seem that short of staff but the wait for our food and drinks were long. Would be a 3 star but like me said they were nice and corrected whatever needed correcting.
If you enjoy the flavor of Mexican cuisine SPICES... this may not be the place for you.If you prefer bland.. you will love it here.Place was clean with pleasant employees.Oh,... and....The elote had the cutest ltl teeniest-tiniest kernels' I've ever seen in my life! (opinion may be biased; being that I'm from the Midwest)
I’m not sure why this place had so many stars when we looked it up. We were the only table at lunch time. Blender was broken so no blender drinks. Half way through our meal a soaked ceiling tile fell directly on my daughter head. The one other table that had come in after us, barely looked up as if this was a common thing here. The waitress just stood there. Finally what I believe may have been the manager, came over as we were trying to clean the broken tile out of our daughter hair. He apologized and comped our half eaten, tile covered meal and we proceeded to Walgreens to buy a comb and new hair clip (hers was broken in the incident). I’m glad this place has had good reviews in the past but for now they need some work. I tipped the waitress as it’s not her fault.
