Contribuiți la feedbackWe always frequented Riley?s South End for Prime Rib Night Lobster Night but having moved to the North End we thought we would try The North End Pour House for Friday Night Prime Rib Night? it was outstanding! Our waitress Shannon was delightful.. great service and such a sweet young lady. The PR was AWESOME! We decided to go back for Monday Night Lobster Special and once again we had outstanding service from Shannon and the GM Victoria and as a special treat got to meet and visit with Chef Gregory Green.., Thanks Chef for another outstanding meal and for taking the time to visit with us. We will be back regularly!
Great little spot. The chicken pot pie is delicious Frank was incredibly kind and made fantastic drinks! Nice live music as well. Definitely recommend.
Made reservations in May for 3 couples for Monday night?s Lobster Night on 6/6. Ordered the lobsters for 5 out of the 6 people. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we ordered drinks and salads in addition to our entrees. About 30 minutes later, our lobsters came out before we had our salads. Lobster night is advertised as a whole 1 1/4 lb lobster with corn on the cob and potatoes. Our plates had a cold overcooked miniature lobster tail with a tiny potato and a piece of corn. We sent them all back. Asked to speak with the owner who we had spoken to when we arrived. The manager came out and told us the owner had left. He said there was a problem with the truck delivery today. I asked why no one called me since I had to order the lobsters in advance. He said they didn?t realize it until they opened. Poor excuse. He tried to compensate us; however, poor management and not enough staff does not make for a nice meal and happy customers. Needs some major improvements before we will ever return. So disappointed!
Absolutely terrible. First we ordered 3 appetizers which took so long to come out. The sizzling mussles smelled awful and tasted disgusting. They had to be old and rotten. The Manger did remove them from our bill. The prime rib dinners were pretty good. We were offered horseradish when we ordered but it didn't come out to our table. We were told they needed to make it. I'm confused why they didn't have that ready to go on prime rib night. Butter and sour cream were forgotten with all 4 baked potatoes. My husband breaded shrimp had no taste and was wet oil soaked breading. And to top it off the band was so loud everyone had to scream to talk even the staff. I saw 2 families leave saying it was to loud.
The service was very friendly both times we visited. Th drinks were good. The hamburger was tasty and so was the pot roast dish. There was live entertainment which we enjoyed. The owner was very hospitable. The second night was very busy, the owner himself helped serve us. We ordered his dinner recommendations and we were very pleased. The shrimp skillet appetizer was very tasty and the grilled t-bone steak was delicious. We had a very enjoyable dining experience here both times. Visiting from Florida and we loved it.
