The G-free Spot - Hilton Head Island

I was visiting from Colorado and found this place online. It was the first time I’ve had a bagel breakfast sandwich in years, and it was delicious!! The girl helping us was so sweet too. I wished I lived here so I could eat here more :

I never thought I'd be able to eat a delicious not weird textured cinnamon roll again until I had one from here! I couldn't believe it was GF! So good warmed. They ship all over so thank goodness because I'll be able to enjoy more than just once a year!!!! Husband got a red velvet whoopie pie and loved how light it was rather than the traditional super cakey ones. Delicious food with a welcoming approach to dietary restrictions beyond just gluten concerns. They offer dairy-free and vegan options for those who need them. The interior is cozy, but the flavors are bold and impressive. All sandwiches and deli items can be made on gluten-free bread. The coffee and tea are also quite flavorful! This place has definitely become a favorite whenever I'm in the Bluffton area.

Whenever we return to the island, this is our go-to spot for morning coffee! The coffee is outstanding, and the food is delicious too! My 6-year-old really enjoys their desserts.

The gluten-free sourdough bread BLT was a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious. The cinnamon rolls were also fantastic. There's a wide variety of gluten-free treats to choose from, including cheesecakes, brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, pizza roll-ups, cakes, and cupcakes. On the day I visited, there were two ladies working; fortunately, I got to interact with the friendlier one.
