Lagerhead Tavern - Hilton Head Island

Eating was pricy for what we have. my showers were hot best and some were not opened and when I asked to cook longer so they would open (because they cost a little over $1 per piece), the server was rude about it. $36 for a small house of groupers who was not really spoiled, kartoffels and green beans was too high, it was a small piece grouper. my cocktail was good. the male staff in this restored worked hard, the women tend to drive it up. our waitress was not as attentive as others waiter and the experience was best in average. I just moved to hhp and live the road down. not sure I'm coming back.

Lagerheads eating is always delicious. service is always exxcellent.

Large fish and chips and the fire oysters are best on the island.

Always great food. I recommend a reservation because sometimes they are slammed. Staff does a great job even though they are sorely understaffed!
