Mcdonald's - Hilton

I've been to McDonald's twice and both times they forgot half of my order. When I called, they said they would go back and get it. They were incredibly rude. I believe customers should double check their order before leaving, as they cannot expect someone else to fix their mistakes.

This is the worst and most disgusting restaurant, they have worms in their ice, rats running around. the people are awful. they mess up every order and will scream at you through the window. i wish i could give less then a zero. -1 star.

It's nice that they bring your food to your table, instead of you standing in the way of other customers.

Its McDonald's. No comment on the staff because they always change every 6 months. so, (like the food) ya never know what you'll get.

Overall a decent McDonald’s but with too many problems with the food. Most of the time it’s cold when you get it. This time a burger was burnt and bun half way off the burger. Also you can order extra sauce and still not get extra and get charged for it. I understand human error and everyone is short staff I would expect problems every now and then but it happens too often. If it wasn’t the only fast food in town I probably wouldn’t be coming here.
