Excellent service better than what you get on main land.

I had a challenging morning when I accidentally sent my order to the wrong location. Fortunately, two wonderful ladies at Starbucks stepped in to help. They not only prepared my order but also took the time to call the other location to cancel it for me. As if that wasn’t enough, on my way out, one of the drinks I had ordered slipped from my hand and spilled everywhere. They reassured me not to worry and made me a replacement. What started as a tough morning ended up being a beautiful reminder of the kindness that still exists in the world. A heartfelt thank you to those two ladies at Starbucks! Mahalo!

I had a disappointing experience at this café. The barista spilled a third of my chocolate drink down the sink while trying to add extra whipped cream instead of using the coffee-flavored whipped cream I had already ordered. The same thing happened with my latte; it was short an inch in height, and the barista told me that any extra would cost more if I wanted it to reach the top of the cup. This was the first time I've ever encountered such a situation. The barista was quite strange and rather rude.

I visited this place after stopping by Walmart. It’s disappointing to discover that Hawaii doesn't have Blonde Espresso Shots at any locations, not just Starbucks. I picked up a mug and saw that they still had some seasonal Christmas items, like the cranberry bliss bar. However, they were out of Peach Tranquility Tea, which seems to be a common issue at Starbucks locations across many states due to COVID. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and I’m glad they were open on New Year’s Eve after 9 PM.
