Although this is usually called a dive, it had a fun and friendly atmosphere as well as high-quality eating. clams were well made, drinks were strong and cheap, $5.50 for a vodka soda. the waiter was super friendly and brought the children fish food to throw out into the koi. good people watching and looking at the dikes. we all had a great time and highly recommended when they are in hilo to check it.

You do a lot of things here, but the food is just okay. The atmosphere is great, they had incredible live music, and the service was amazing! However, the food was very dirty, especially given the price. I came with a large group and we ordered a variety of dishes, but all of them only lack of taste. I wouldn't come back for dinner, but I'd be for the desserts. We have bread pudding and cream brûlée and both were delicious

I love this place sa of open windows view over ice pond with families picnic and children swimming, duck and a turtle in the water under our window! the food was nicely cooked and there was a great choice on the menu. I had a starter than my main dish and it was more than enough. our waitress was friendly and funny and we even met the cook:

A good place for lunch. A little expensive. If the service had been better, I wouldn't have noticed so much. Parking was easy.

Great food. Great Steak. Great view! We sat in this oceanside restaurant where the staff were friendly and attentive. I had a great steak and some veggies and enjoyed what I would describe as a must visit spot in Hilo. It was a perfect, first-evening introduction to Hawaii.
