Even though their hours are limited, this restaurant is truly AMAZING! The Vietnamese food is fantastic and authentic, and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent, and the parking is convenient and easy. It’s located in a great spot, right next to a park with beautiful views of the bay, and on certain days, you can see both Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea. Make sure to visit before they close!
