Texas Roadhouse - Hillsborough County

There was a wait, so I opted to sit at the bar. Dani, the bartender, was excellent. She was engaging and very knowledgeable. She kept the pace with everyone at the bar. The food was fresh and tasty. I may just come back to hang out at the bar. It was a good experience.

Friday... Takes too long to be seated, then another long time to get your food. Then, my pork chop was dry (overcooked) because they were too busy.

The servers and managers are always nice. The drinks and salads are good but the entrees are always way too salty. Also the wait times on weekend evenings are really really bad with inaccurate estimates given out to people waiting. I went to this location tonight for the first time in 3 years to give it another try and overall I can say I probably won't be back, even though we live in the area and go out to eat very often.

They were obviously VERY busy even for a Friday night. Wait time was estimated for 1hr to 1hr 10min. Very efficient with getting guest in and out. Food was delicious as always. Ciara our server was polite, helpful, and had great recommendations. Management team Tabitha, and the other gentleman was on point tonight helping run food and ensuring their guest had a great experience. Can’t wait to come back!!
