Mcdonald's - Hillsborough

The food was fresh, but the service was slow. decided to go and order due to the ride through the fuse. It was me and another person who had already ordered. The manager who trained a new rental had to stop taking my order after she saw me standing there without anyone even noticed that I was walking in the store. When I ordered, I waited for another 5 minutes before I got my food.

The customer service is bad. I rarely stop by here. It would be nice if they can hire friendly staff like Chick Fil A. Half of the employees are rude. It's simple if you don't like your job find something else. I work customer service so I know sometimes people are rude. Learn to manage.

The mebane location is great. Friendly staff and good service. Very clean and nice atmosphere.

I asked for an apple fritter and I got an apple pie. The restroom was dirty, and the staff could careless. It was pretty terrible. I'm glad it's not my local Mcdonald's. ? I was really disappointed about the fritter situation.

Pretty good as far as McDonald's goes. Just stopped in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. More than adequate. This is a busy location.
