Very friendly and helpful staff on a later Saturday evening. Clean tables, sandwiches were well prepared and tasty. I would definitely recommend this Subway location.
Server was cool chill and an overall great person, it was nice and the whole place smelled good.the food was amazingly prepared and tasted
Didn't think I'd ever be leaving a bad review for something as simple as SUBWAY, but today was ridiculous. I knew I was in a little bit of a hurry and wouldn't have went into the store If there was a line, I had one person in front of me, no big deal. However, I went into the store at 11:05 and couldn't get out of there until 1145. The one person in front of me had one sandwich, and I also only had one sandwich. However, Subway decided that during a lunch rush on a weekend that one staff member was adequate to run the store. Upon entering the store, there was multiple online orders before she could even take the guys order in front of me. Once she got all of those done, she was finally able to do the guy in front of me and I thought finally I'm about to get my sandwich. Unfortunately I was mistaken. All of the online orders that she kept getting before that guys order was placed and during his order Needed to go before me because they were there first, and by first, I just mean that I wasn't at the front of the line and the online orders skipped me in placement. Mind you, this is before actual lunch rush as it was 11 o'clock; by the time I left the store there was five other people behind me in line And an additional two people there to pick up online orders that weren't done yet because they were after me. I felt bad for all of those people because I knew that in the time that I was there at least six other online orders had come in. Each time she would get a new order it would make obnoxious beeping that she would have to stop everything she was doing to be able to go Print it and except the order, if she tried to ignore it, it just kept beeping and beeping. It was pretty loud, but each time she would have to take this online order. She'd have to change her gloves. And although she was fairly quick at making the sandwiches when people ordered, it was clearly hard for her to read them off of the very small paper when doing an online order and she was having to squint and it was taking her a lot longer than her normal pace to make an online order. No problems with the actual employee, I just can't believe that SUBWAY would only put one person on to take all of the in-store and online orders, as well as all the checkouts, accepting the orders, and doing the stocking. Absolutely crazy and ridiculous to me. It's one thing if it's when they first open, or later in evening but during lunch rush? give me a break. If there is times when they are shorthanded, the staff should have the option to turn off the online ordering system and make it unavailable until they can catch up with the long line of people in the store. If you have this long line of people, and you have six different online orders to do you're going to end up making every single one of those customers unhappy with the amount of time for what is supposed to be a quick food option.
Subway online menu sucks... just want to see menu, don't want to find store locations... make it easy.....
