Schlotzsky's - Hillsboro

I popped in to grab a pizza for my son, and I must say, the sourdough bread here is the best!

It isn't fine dining, but they do their sandwiches justice. Service is excellent and place is clean. What more can you ask for?

Wow, what an incredible sandwich! I had never been to a Schlotzsky's before. The gentleman at the counter really knew his stuff; he took the time to explain the menu to us. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he has been working there for quite a while. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food! We visited around 3 PM on September 6, 2023.

We flew into Dallas and then drove to Austin, arriving late and feeling hungry. We discovered Schlotzsky's through Google Maps, located conveniently right off the interstate. The sandwiches and salads were huge and tasted just as delicious as they looked on the menu. I would definitely stop there again.
