Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Hillsboro

For same price as going to Subway get better food and service.

Is Red Robin trimming down on service? We weren't given flatware when we were seated or when we were served our appetizer by the manager. When our burgers came out, we requested for utensils. When it was provided to us, we were given a fork with a napkin wrapped around it; no knife to cut our burgers with. We had to make a second request for the knife.

Update: for months the floor has been so so greasy to walk on that I'm concerned someone will fall. Hire a professional and cover yourself! Absolutely delicious burgers for lunch. We did a curbside pick up and only waited 5 minutes past our pick up time. And they were very busy. Pleasant experience. We're doing this again.

RedRobin use to be very good...BUTT...sign of the times...

Great burger and service as always. Haven't been in a while and great to see not much has changed, and that's a good thing.
