Soouo good! Today we enjoyed brisket, pulled pork and complete the sides! Just the best braut we had in oregon! and wore the kartoffel salad. I am very picky about kartoffel salad, just my new favorite! we look forward to ordering for a larger family event some time and try to get some more meat selection, I know the ribs come highly recommended

Such good brisket! Melts in your mouth and the flavor is exceptional. We got enough to make sure we had leftovers. It is rare to find food like this anywhere. Best BBQ I've ever had!

Best smoked turkey ever! I'm usually fearful of smoked turkey because they tend to be too dry and taste like ham. The one we had was perfect and fed our large Thanksgiving crew.

Must call at least 24 hrs in advance. Excellent barbecue. We had pulled pork and chicken thighs. Great Cole slaw. The corn bread has a surprising kick.

Here from Texas, this is the best smoked brisket I had since the move here. call a day in advance and treat yourself.
