Koi Fusion - Hillsboro

They were closed. We actually drove a long way because the food is great, but should never do that. Like others have said, very inconsistent.

Just read the other reviews. They say it all. Glad to see I 'm not the only one or I might not have posted.They 're never open when they say they 're going to be open.The quality is WAY inconsistent!Sometimes it 's good.Sometimes it 's undercooked/raw.Sometimes it 's wrapped so badly it falls apart immediately.Sometimes the place is a wreck with cutup food all over the floor.Sometimes they turn you away because it 's too busy even though there 's nobody there!! Online but also in person!They 're always missing half the menu, don 't get too attached to any one menu item! Might have it, might not.It 's good when it 's good. But it 's only good 15% of the time IF you can even get it.Like how are they still open!? Koi started sliding since well before the world events that started two years ago. Though I 'm sure they 'll blame that anyway like everyone does. But to be honest it 's clear here whoever owns Koi has just given up as a person.I 've never seen a place as good as Koi used to be slide downhill like Koi has slid starting 4 5 years ago.Just sad. I used to come here like 4 5x/week. I want to see you do well!!! But I feel like you don 't want to do the things that 'll make you do well.If it was even 80% as good as it used to be I 'd still want to come as often as I did!Now there 's no point they might not even be open, if they are they might not serve you anyway, and if they do they might not have what you want, and if they have what you want there 's a good chance it 'll be made so badly it 's not really what you wanted anymore anyway.How does a place like that stay open!?

Prices have gone up and up and up and up. Food is good but the prices are crazy. I have come here 3 times in the last few weeks at lunch only to see they are closed.I assume permanently?

I would love to review the food here (or maybe not given all the other reviews) but we have tired to eat here 8 times now and they are always closed at odd times. We have tried mid day, evenings, and both week days and weekends. No clue what is going on. We used to go to the Bethany location but it's no longer open. I miss the good old Koi Fusion truck at (what was then) PGE Park back in the day.

The single employee working today was clearly unhappy to be there. Barely audible voice, had to ask him to repeat everything at least twice until I gave up trying to understand him. Out of almost everything. The store looks like this place is squatting in someone else’s building no art/signage, two shoddy tables, poor lighting. Total disappointment. I’m on my way home with this food and already have no desire to eat it.Edit I’m home. This food is terrible. Chewy, overcooked chicken. Bland but strange textured rice, the green sauce ??? is super pungent and overpowers everything in this rice bowl.
