Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Hillsboro

Wanted to support local business but $20/pound on meat is pretty extravagant when you receive subpar quality meat and contains chunks of fat as large as the end of your thumb. I took the inedible meat back to the location as proof of quality and owner refused to refund my money. And the guy cutting the meat wasn't wearing a mask. I won't be back.

Went by around 2pm today and they were closed. Banner out front said drive through was open but no one ever greeted at speaker. Drove to window and it was deserted. ‍

This place is a joke! Ordered through the website, and even received confirmation my order was ready for pickup. Arrived and they said they had no order, and no food to even make my order... I asked for a refund and the manager says yes they 'll have to give you a refund... who will .. dickies.. isn 't this dickeys? Yes, but I have no cash... LOL.. so your store got my payment, but I can 't get a refund? Literally had to leave the store to wait for their GM to come in, in the morning... I called at 1230 when I still hadn 't received a call, and they told me I don 't have cash, call back later I have a long line of people and HUNG up on me. This place is an absolute JOKE

I was able to come by and pickup plenary of food for the family on the way home. The meat was hot and fresh and sides were a perfect addition to the meal. We will define back, thank you Dickey's team!!

The location is clean and the staff is friendly. Food was so yummy
