Costa Coffee - Hillingdon

This place is just filthy, overpriced and only busy due to its location. The toilets are actually one of the worst I have ever seen or smelt and I been backpacking.

We were served by rude baristas, drank terrible hot chocolate and were put off entirely by the several flies surrounding the food. This was in Costa Northwood, North West London. Do not visit!!

Went to get a drink this week and the barista was very rude to me. I asked for a bit of extra milk and I got the dirtiest look. Surely it’s not that hard to be nice..

The lady who we were served by did not crack a smile once and in fact basically scowled at us the whole time. You go to a coffee shop for a nice break and how you are served affects the time you spend there. This kind of service does not really encourage you to go back and spend your money there, so don 't think I 'll return.

The tables were uncleared and grubby, there was an empty coffee cup just rolling around under a chair. There were an unbelievable number of cigarette ends on the ground under the outside tables. Unisex toilet which we avoided. The staff were under pressure, but some of this was self generated a lost order, sloppily poured milk requiring a cleanup, etc. The barista seemed out of her depth. The coffee was not hot. A place to be avoided. We agree with other customers that Costa is going downhill fast.
