Worst experience. I had an experience with a manager who was on a road trip. it was completely rude, unwavering, and very bitter at the bottom. I've never been treated rudely. they refused to give me their names, saying that they didn't have them," I went out to go to lunch and leave empty.

Deadass just went in and out with a sandwich in 3 minutes, buddy with the neck tattoo was cool.

Waiting over 30 minutes for subs is ridiculous. They have plenty of staff working. The employees are working at an extremely slow pace and standing talking. Very disappointed

Slow slow slooow and thats when the drive thru is open.Too many other places you can spend your money.

Not one employee there it seems, including the GM Alexis, can make an edible sandwich, or refund a credit card when promised. I've been here so many times and they pretty much always get it oh so very wrong. I guess I'm the fool for thinking it'll be different next time.. Heads up, it won't be. It never is. Hungry folks, steer clear.
