Gourmet Sushi - Hilleroed

Friendly service, but the sushi wasn’t as fresh as should be. I’m not saying it was bad, but with sushi you can taste the difference. Salmon was good, shrimps ok, but tuna had a taste that made me wonder. I will give it a go one more time, as I’m hoping to be able to give better feedback next time.

Sushi is sometimes a surprise that you don't want to have. It's expressive how bad and misunderstood it can be. The is the opposite! Super nice freshly made that can be tasted. Very elegant served. Yes it's expensive, but it's worth the money. Look forward to the next time.

Very nice sushi, especially the gourmet selection. Extremely polite service, when you occasionally need to wait a bit longer than expected.

Up-scaled Sushi. Feast for eyes and stomach. A bit pricy comparef to the other good alternatives in Hillerød. Check the monthly special before ordering, as this has a good value for money.
