Kfc The Base - Hillcrest New Zealand

I ordered my food and it included a water, they proceeded to tell me that they don’t have any water and asked if I wanted a refund instead, I said yes as my son can’t drink fizzy, another girl from the back came out and proceeded to shout “hold on just giving a refund” so the whole of the food court could hear her and all her coworkers laughed. It was so embarrassing and disgusting to see that is how they treat customers after THEY offered me a refund, she needs to be fired asap.

Had nice experience at The Base KFC. Excellent service got my order fast and the food was hot and fresh, I will visit again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Zinger Box Meal
