This shop is a bit far from the city center, but perfect for hildesheim's students as it lies directly opposite the hildesheim universität. they have a small but well selected selection of vegan meat, rice milk chocolate, vegan pizza, soy milk ice cream and vegan cheese. they constantly update their product range, so there is something new to discover every week. they even have tofutti cream cheese! if they are lucky, they can get favored items that are close to their expiry date. I especially like the selection of books with ecological/vegan topics. they also have khadi natural (vegan) cosmetics that I love and are hard to find in hildesheim. the owners are very friendly and it is nice to see that this shop is so good (not only) thanks to the student population!
