Nil Im Museum - Hildesheim

We have reserved ourselves spontaneously for a Thursday evening without problems and were very well made by great service, a pleasant acoustic and class trips. among other things there were fresh ravioli with various fillings that were all enthusiastic. the nil impresses with a great position along with a coordinated interior.

We have a family celebration with approx. 40 people celebrated and were very fond of the service and eating. from the beginning of planning to the celebration the service was very good. also special wishes were perfectly implemented by frau heidutzek. the food and the wine were put together after individual consultation and very well prepared. also here, special wishes were very happy and perfectly implemented.

We were there the second time to drink a coffee. unfortunately it was again like this (at least when you sit outside) that you had to wait at least 10 - 15 min until someone came by. we were able to observe that from three tables the guests went back because it takes too long.... although hardly any guests were there.

Had quite high expectations, but it was already. the service is provided by employees who change and change, there is something personal. they don't really care about the hospitable. the dips were standard and so with the usual pommes, served and prepared as standard. well, eat not bad, but not more than just above the level of snack. there is still much to learn.
