Alazani - Hildesheim

We were there for a family celebration with 12 people. a very nice atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable operation through the operator family.Authentic Georgian cuisine, better than in some restaurant in Georgia.We received an instruction in the Georgian ess culture. all eat from all foods.This was not our first visit and certainly not our last.

As the waitress said diligently, Georgian food is there to share. Unfortunately there was no one I could share with, as this was my first night on a business trip. I took a mixed dish with vegetarian appetizers, including aubergines with walnut humus, deliciously prepared red paprika and red bete balls. next I took another supplement mushroom with coriander and cheese to lift the main dishes for a next time. Georgian wee are a very good company when they are alone. the place was otherwise empty after two ladies had gone, which should not be and it is probably due to its location and summer holidays. in my hometown this place was filled all the time because of its unique eating, delicious and healthy. not to mention the great service. contempt: only cash payment and the next cash machine can be a good piece to foot :)

We were in alazani for the first time today. it has recommended us a friend and the evaluation of tripadvisor has made us curious. we were not disappointed. a small cozy rustic restaurant where you can get to know Georgian cuisine off the mainstream. this is a family business. we have been warmly welcomed and thanks to the super nice service that has practically inserted us into the Georgian cuisine, everything has explained exactly what dishes it is. the appetizer, main dish etc. were all freshly prepared. very tasty and well seasoned. keep different from being used to, but creepy. we were consistently very satisfied, which is actually even mild. we were thrilled. it was completely different and we think I found a new favorite restaurant in hildesheim. So, that was something special. nice ambiente, great, very personal service. at my big appetizer, everything was very, very tasty. but the red ball on it was the best I ever had ever had with red beds so far. the granatapfel seeds often gave the starters a last kick. Great.Also the main dish, the hackfleischspiess was super-lecker and can be recommended. for the offered everything was not expensive, but very appropriate.

The alazani is a family-run Georgian restaurant. we have been here several times and have always felt very comfortable. that begins with the presentation of the speiscard by the daughter of the house. this is actually an introduction to the Georgian culture, the Georgian culture and the Georgian drinking culture. also explains who from the family is responsible for which part of the restaurant. in the round, you are gently guided to a creative order, the reading of the menu is not necessary. we have not been disappointed yet and have always eaten excellently. we definitely come back and can recommend this locally only at the most.
