Hardee’s - Hildebran

Where are the usual friendly faces? Seems to management needs to be looked at …. The regular people who have been here for years are gone the turn around has been bad went in got a biscuit and gravy this morning and I noticed the regular employees that I’m use to isn’t there now it’s young girls and older ladies who needs work and attitudes be adjusted what happened to the black headed lady whose grandkids would come work on weekends with her she was so outgoing and knew what she was doing also another the Blonde whose kid came she was good too also was a man named TJ he really knew how to cook…so many of the good ones gone makes me wonder about management also my biscuit was hard this morning on top we need old back the old ways and the old people who actually cared

I do not understand the management here seems like the good ones are not ever there or stay they’re a few I always loved and enjoyed the short black head girl always smiled and so kind she has or was there very long time sometimes her grandkids would be there on weekends she was always so sweet and worked so hard and the other lady with blonde hair her son would come to work with her was a great worker they have been there a long time then new management something isn’t right because we could tell who loved their jobs and when it all changed and I go in and find out they had been fired well I will not be back especially when the ones with smiles and worked are no longer there I appreciate the new girl who told me truth about them being fired and how the place is being ran I will say she was nice but highly doubt she will be there much longer service was ok and food was ok however for now on I will go to Conover I would like to say I also miss the night cook TJ but was told he isn’t there any longer as well the upsetting thing too was the skinny older lady running around trying clean but not getting anywhere because all the jumping around she was doing good grief do better

I am so glad that I stopped by this location off the interstate tonight in Hildebran what a nice manager she had said she was a shift leader named Carolann the patience and great smile and welcome we received was one of the best during our travels along with the others she was working with food was hot and made as ordered as well as the timing . When we travel back to the area for sure will stop in to say hello and for the great food .

Hamburgers weren't that good. MISS THE 1/3 Quarter lb. burgers. I was told by the manager that the burger that I ordered was angus beef. Don't believe it! Quality of the burgers have gone downhill. No flavor. Fries were old. Rubbery and cold. I used to brag about how Hardee's burgers and fries were a lot better than Burger King and McDonald's. Can't say that now. At least not at the Hardee's Hildebran location. Absolutely won't be going back to that restaurant. I would rather pay a little more and go to a higher end burger place and get a good burger. Get it together Hardee's.

Sometimes you get fast quality service. Sometimes it could take a while to recieve your food.
