The Egg - Highlands Ranch

I have eaten here a few times and its always good. But the other day i tried the burger for the first time and oh my, was it amazing! It was perfect. the mushrooms still had that little bit of bite to them. The burger patty itself was perfectly cookedand season amazingly. I can not stress how good this burger was. Thank you!

We have found our new favorite place! What is not to love about this restaurant? The food is amazing and large portions. The vibe is that of a sweet, hometown diner where everybody goes to eat and meet and you can tell that most customers are regulars.BUT, what makes this place better than any other place is Angelica. She has been our server twice. SHE GREETED US BY NAME!!!When was the last time you went out to eat and had a staff that actually acted like they were happy to see you? Do yourself afavor and try this place.

Fresh food made to order. Nice sized portions. Good service. Restaurant was crowded (11:15am on a Saturday), but we were seated fairly quickly and waited less than 10 minutes once we placed our order. Definitely recommend.

I first came here about a month ago and it 's my new favorite place. I 'm here 2 or 3 times a week now because the food and staff are totally awesome! It 's a small diner with excellent american and mexican food. My favorite is the Spanish skillet with a sideof beans, YUM! All the servers are great and Yensenia always takes great care of me. The real rock stars are the Chefs. EnEspañol, Los Cocineros Chingones ! I sat at the tiny but comfortable bar today and got an amazing show. Through thepass-through window you can see the magic happen. These guys are so fast, organized, and happy. They could tell I was watchingand smiled and said Hi and asked how my breakfaat was tasting. They never lost their temper once in this fast paced environmentand constantly communicated with servers. All and all the food, staff, and teamwork cannot be beaten. Good food, attentive, friendly and quick service, great prices for the portions. Great hole in the strip mall kinda spot ????
