Qdoba Mexican Eats - Highlands Ranch

To go order. Had to go back to the counter to retrieve the tortilla soup, since it was forgotten.. For almost $4 a small cup, hopefully next time it could be filled a bit higher.

I like eating here and my wife had her birthday catered by this Qdoba. It turned out great and they give you incentives to return the catering racks and sterno, but offering free entree for the return.

I came in to order to-go this evening, July 14th 2022 at roughly 6:30 and all 3 of the young men behind the counter were exceptionally courteous, provided great customer service, and were incredibly kind. Idk what their wage is, but it should be increased. 10/10 would visit again just because of their awesome demeanor.

I ordered Qdoba from this location for a pretty big meeting for my boss through DoorDash- who dropped off only half my order. I called the store, and even though it was Door Dash?s mistake the manager delivered the rest of the food to me personally within 15 minutes. He was super calm, friendly and helpful. As an Executive Assistant he helped save my job ????

Undercooked beans, the entire batch was still hard. Unacceptable on a $10 burrito. If beans aren?t even cooked, it makes it difficult to trust the safety of the chicken or shrimp. The tortilla was ripped on both ends of the burrito too. They also don?t bother serving breakfast at this location.
