Chili's Grill - Highlands Ranch

I can't in good conscience recommend this location to anyone. The visit started off as you would expect and was going well until the appetizer came out and the manager delivered it to the wrong table, the rest of the (visit) meal didn't get any better. Whenthe entrees came out 2 of the 3 items ordered were incorrect and had to be sent back to the kitchen to be corrected. What I findodd is the manager never came by to say anything or to ask how our visit was, it's as if he knew how bad it was and just wantedto avoid the awkwardness that would follow. They seemed to be short staffed and poorly led, the manager was hardly in thedinning room supporting their staff. Our server was pleasant and just running thin, I would say she did a great job all thingsconsidering.

On Saturday afternoon here. it was not too busy, but there was only one server for the whole restaurant. he was obviously overworked, but he didn't help him at all. he was visibly annoyed and frustrated when he went to various tables. They feel bad for him, but don't think I'd ever come back here. that was best to eat.

The food was decent, the service was pretty good and the place was clean.

Ick. Food's good, service was decent, but that restaurant is FILTHY. There were two teenagers at the host station tonight who were just wiping tables off onto the floor and never cleaned it up, right there in our little booth aisle. Both food and paper products they walked back and forth over countless times. Our table felt dirty, my shoes were sticking to the floor under our table, and the self-pay kiosk at the table was also gross to touch. The food being good is definitely not enough for me to want to eat there again.
