Santo Ceviche - HIGHLANDS

Just tried this wonderful restaurant! Food is fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband tried the Santo Ceviche which was loaded with seafood. I had the grilled shrimp and it was also delicious. The green plantains with the jalapeño sauce, were yummy ! We would highly recommend this new restaurant. Go and grab a nice casual lunch/dinner!!!

The secret seemed to already get out about Santo Ceviche: this is the place to come for simple, fresh, authentic and non-authentic ceviche. This is complemented by a simple, clean ambiance with outdoor seating available. Add some plantain chips at the suggestion of a friendly counter staff and a solid, healthy meal can be attained in a strip mall that's full of culinary hits. Side note: we had planned on visiting Simply Southern, but they stopped seating over an hour before the posted hours on the door.

My family ate at the restaurant tonight. It was amazing. The food was so fresh and full of delicious flavors. We had the fish tacos, tuna tartare sandwich and the bowl with beef and fries. I couldn’t stop eat. Definitely will be going back and telling friends. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
