Contribuiți la feedbackI went to Honey Baked Ham in Norridge and the Honey Baked Ham Sandwich was a big roasted. Today I went to honey-baked ham in Highland IN. The same sandwich was the whole opposite, it was cold the ham tasted as if it wasn't even cooked I was very disappointed in this sandwich.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I went in before Christmas to buy $500 worth of gift cards and a very helpful young lady began to help me until she stuck to a part of the computer and had to ask an elderly woman for help. The older woman went on and about how the owner does not like this during the day as it keeps other people trying to buy items. The store was empty when we started, and a woman went in and ordered a sandwich during my encounter with the second lady who helped me. The employee made such a big deal and made me so unthinkable that I apologised to the woman behind me, who assured me that my transaction did not store her more than someone before her order a sandwich. I often buy lunches and gift cards for a local non-profit organization for which I work, so that I came to the store to express my concerns and hopefully discuss a better way to offer them my business, and I have never received an answer. My self and my organization will no longer use Honey Baked Ham Highland or Merrillville due to the extreme customer service problems.
Fast and friendly service, good choices and fair prices, online and telephone order, and the best ham ever! Ideal for group meetings or only family breakfast, lunch or dinner. Terrible!
My wife and I order her boneless ham for the holidays. it's so good. the personal is really nice. my wife ordered ahead, and we wanted to pick up the ham on Monday of Christmas week. we were busy on Monday so they allowed us to pick up on Tuesday, no problem. only on the bottom is the ham expensive. we have a whole boneless sink, and even with the $5 off credit I had, the sink was almost $80.
We got packed sandwiches from here, and my hubby loved the turkey sandwich. My only vegetarian option was roasted tomato and cheddar. I wouldn't really have that again, but I wish they had more vegetarian options. The sandwich was ok with some crispy stuff but you would figure out that it was cooked together with some meat or used the same oil. They also had a different chips bags which seemed like it was from an environment friendly company. The box also had a pickle, a cookie and a drink. Some boxes had a straw, some didn't. Overall, must try for meat lovers, for vegetarians try again some other time:
