George Lopez's Chingon Kitchen

I ordered a chicken bowl with rice sour cream. I got a spoonful of rice a packet of sour cream. Even Del Taco gives you real sour cream. I asked for some lettuce to add to this bowl of meat I received the manager is beyond rude. I’m sitting at the table listening to her complain about me. I will never return. George dropped the ball here.

The food at this restaurant is still delicious, but the new ordering process has been a disappointment. I ordered an Al Pastor Burrito and had to use a kiosk to pay with a card. In the past, you could watch your dish being made, but now that is no longer possible. The staff was friendly, but I preferred the old method. Not sure if the new way speeds up the line or not. Unfortunately, I think I will find another place to eat as Yamava has somehow ruined this place.

I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. Reviews are crucial for recognizing hardworking individuals, but I have been waiting for my food for an hour now at this restaurant!! There is a massive line of people waiting and it's completely chaotic. I'm not even sure if I will get to eat at this rate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. The restaurant is severely understaffed, making this the worst dining experience I have ever had.

My wife and I ate here and the wait time was horrible. The staff moved around with little efficiency. The only thing worse than the wait was the food itself. Will never patronize this establishment again nor any associated with George Lopez. Should stick to comedy.

The food at this restaurant is amazing. A tip for faster service is to order online through the website or by scanning the QR code next to the drink area. There is a sign on the wall between the registers and the drink area that will guide you. The potatoes served here are exceptional. Overall, I would rate the food as 5 out of 5.
